DELIVERY & RETURNS


WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.


Delivery for EU is free of charge.

 

The final price for orders shipped outside EU will be calculated with local VAT at checkout. Custom policies may vary between countries.

After you place your order you will receive an e-mail with the exact amount to pay for shipping outside EU.

Some large volume products may imply additional shipping rates that you’ll be notified about during the ordering process. For details regarding taxes and duties please contact us at contact@craftartisanshop.com.

 

The articles may not be available in immediate stock, that’s why it takes 21 days for us to create them in artisans ateliers and ship them to the customer address.

 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
We will only accept returns on non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. We strongly advise all customers to check the order thoroughly upon delivery before removing

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create a new account before you pay.

If you don’t want to create an account, you can pay using a credit or debit card.
Here’s how:
1. Check your email inbox for an email from us that includes the money request or invoice.
2. Click the Pay Now button in the email. (If you don’t see it, click the link in the email, or copy and paste the link into your browser’s address bar.)
3. If you already have a PayPal account, enter your password and click Log In.
4. Review the money request or invoice sent by ArtisanCraftShop, and then click Pay Now to complete your transaction.
When you purchase with PayPal there are no hidden costs or processing fees, so you can enjoy your shopping on our website.
